Well since I will be starting my diet Saturday I decided that tomorrow I will eat as much of the bad stuff as I can. On this diet well in the beginning all you can have is fruit, veggies, and water lots of good ol' water. Later on you add in turkey and fish but still none of the good bad food. Ahhh that is going to suck no more of my favs.. Cheese, Bread, Pasta, and Potatoes. I love all kinds of cheese Monteray Jack, Chedder, Brie, Fontina, Asiago, Pasrmasen, Mozerella, Havarti, hell all cheese except for the blue cheese sorry cant get down with the mold ohh or goat cheese either sorry feta chedda is betta lol. Here is my meal plan for tomorrow::
Budde..Bam..Then You Get The Cheese (nice meal plan title right..inside joke)
Breakfast- Egg Sandwich w/ Cheese
Snack- Cheese and Crackers
Lunch- 5 Cheese Ziti pasta
Snack- Potato Chips
Dinner- Salmon w/ Cheesey Mashed Potatoes
Dessert- Chocolate Ice Cream
*washing all that down with Soda yessir*
Laaaaawd I'm going to miss muh cheese and butter lol I may be a little on edge at first you know going thru cheese withdrwals so if I snapp at you, you know why. Dont blame it on me blame it on the cheese. I will keep yall updated on how I'm doing on this diet execpt a blog full of cussing titled boo this damn diet lol. Well let me get back to my cheesy lunch talk to yall later peace...Oh got any good cheesy buttery food ideas let me know so I can try them before 'THE DAY' :O) thanks!!!
